Yet Another Cyber Company was founded by Director Matt Lewis, an established cyber security professional and leader with over 22 years’ experience in cyber security, during which time he has worked for UK National Security (Vulnerability Researcher), KPMG (UK Penetration Testing Team Lead), NCC Group (Global Head of Research) and every vertical within the private sector through a long career in cyber security research and consultancy.

Yet Another Cyber Company leverages Matt’s career focus on the technical aspects of cyber security and resilience, having followed a path deep-rooted in vulnerability research, penetration testing and incident response. His roles have always required him to articulate complicated technical concepts of vulnerability, threat and risk to various non-technical audiences. He has briefed countless Members of UK Parliament, C-Suite and CISOs across all sectors and across the globe in helping them understand risk and priorities for risk reduction. He has presented on all manner of cyber security topics around the world as a thought leader through conferences, panel sessions, webinars, podcasts, primetime news and TV appearances and a UK Parliament Select Committee inquiry as an expert witness on the security of the connected world.

Matt has authored, peer-reviewed, quality-assured and contributed to thousands of cyber security blog posts, whitepapers and newspaper articles on numerous cyber security matters and security research topics. He is comfortable and adept at speaking to software developers, technical specialists and engineers on complex technical cyber security nuance through his experience with, and knowledge across all technologies as a hands-on practitioner.
